The KRONE customer portal
KRONE customers can use our online delivery portal at any time to find out about their vehicles, which are ready for pick-up and to register the pick-up of the vehicles online. Transportation and customs plates can also be ordered through the portal. This allows you to avoid long waiting times upon collection.
The KRONE portal also allows customers to access vehicle documents, such as brake data sheets or load securing certificates. You can also check the serial numbers for certain vehicle components, such as the axles, wheels and cooling systems.
