Universal chassis with pneumatic rear extension
The offset chassis carries containers up to 45' in length. The Box Liner SDC 27 eLTU5-2 makes it possible to transport containers in the sizes 1 x 40' (with tunnel), 1 x 45' with tunnel, 2 x 20', 1 x 20' in the middle (up to 30 tonnes) as well as optional 1 x 30' containers flush with the rear. An option is available for 40'/45' containers without a tunnel.

Simply inimitable
The offset chassis carries containers up to 45' in length. The Box Liner SDC 27 eLTU5-2 makes it possible to transport containers in the sizes 1 x 40' (with tunnel), 1 x 45' with tunnel, 2 x 20', 1 x 20' in the middle (up to 30 tonnes) as well as optional 1 x 30' containers flush with the rear.
The front beam is designed for locking tunnel containers and containers without a tunnel. The container stops can be removed.
The rear extension is locked by a lever. Pictograms indicate the required locking position for the operator. The rear extension is operated pneumatically.
Spring washers serve for relieving during the shifting movement of the slide-out rear, that slides easily over rollers when moving in and out. The rear extension can be pneumatically retracted and extended at the push of a button.

When transporting 45' containers, the underrun protection is simply folded out, which thereby ensures compliance with the legal regulations when transporting 45' containers.
The folding lock mechanisms ensure easy and convenient conversion from 40‘ to 2 x 20‘
Containers without a tunnel are provided with foldable container supports.
The Box Liner is fitted with robust steel ram buffers at the rear. In case of damage, the lighting bracket and the underrun protection must be replaced separately.
Accompanying documentation can optionally be transported in a protected manner in a document tube or in a document box (here mounted on the inside of the side collision protection).

Regardless of whether it is a traction rear or a standard rear, a back-up spotlight can always be installed in a protected manner.
The traction rear and traction+ combination on the SDC 27 eL20 ensures an excellent fifth-wheel load. The 25% drive axle load required in cross-border traffic can be achieved up to a container weight of approx. 28 tonnes (depending on the tractor unit) This combination also ensures that the load distribution of the SDC 27 eLTU70 is well-balanced.
If equipped with a spare wheel holder, the side collision protection can also be supplied in a fold-up version.
Lift axles automatically respond load-dependently. This allows you to reduce your tyre wear and save fuel.
A variety of warning signs can be fitted to the rear of the vehicle.
A genset (optionally from Genmark, Carrier or Thermoking) makes it possible to transport refrigerated containers at controlled temperatures. The genset also features its own fuel tank, which ensures that the cold chain is not interrupted even during road transport.
