They have received a pick-up authorisation together with the vehicle documents. Please complete and return this form by e-mail one working day before pick-up. Please refer to the pick-up authorisation for the e-mail address.
If you register via the customer portal, all you need is the vehicle identification number of the unit you wish to pick up and a photo ID (ID card or driving licence). Also, a completed pick-up authorisation may be necessary.
