Planning and carrying out maintenance and wear-related repairs are time-consuming. Our Fair Care Service takes this work off your hands. Customise your individual service package for maintenance and wear-related repairs according to your needs, available with a term of 24 or up to 72 months.

Depending on the contract module purchased, your KRONE Fair Care services include comprehensive services, such as vehicle maintenance including the replacement of wear parts, technical maintenance and the 24-hour breakdown service available in many countries.

LIGHT

The LIGHT service module includes the following service components:

  • Legal inspections
  • Deadline management: Precise information about
    the due dates for legal inspections

BASIC

The BASIC service module includes all service components of the LIGHT module as well as:

  • Maintenance and wear of chassis and electrical system
  • Including spare parts for the chassis and electrical system

COMPLETE

The COMPLETE service module includes all service components of the BASIC module as well as:

  • Wear-related repairs typical for the design,
    that affect the superstructure

TYRE

Fair Care TYRE allows you to achieve significant fuel savings. Well-managed tyres result in far fewer breakdowns. The KRONE Fair Care Package TYRE ensures the best tyre quality at all times.

LIFTER

Regular tail lift maintenance extends the service life and prevents breakdowns.

Additional options

BREAKDOWN

Fast help around the clock. With our additional BREAKDOWN option, we provide breakdown assistance with a cost guarantee of up to EURO 2,500.

Our international breakdown service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in 39 countries and 16 languages.

BREAKDOWN SOLO

The additional BREAKDOWN SOLO option provides you with breakdown assistance at a service workshop with a cost guarantee of up to EURO 2,500.

It can be booked independently of the service modules.

KRONE MOBILITY

Europe-wide 24-hour emergency breakdown service for new vehicles
 

KRONE MOBILITY is part of the warranty package for new vehicles. You are provided with simple, direct and fast assistance with our Europe-wide 24-hour emergency breakdown service. In case of a breakdown, you can use our service hotline free of charge if you have a Fair Care contract.

After 12 months, you can extend this mobility warranty with the KRONE Breakdown – entirely according to your needs. We will also keep you running on the road with the Service Locator.
