100 years of Spedition Sommer - 100 years of KRONE customers
In 1923, the brothers Ernst and Hermann Sommer founded the company of the same name. At first, the haulage company only carried out regional tours. But even then, the haulage business was able to distinguish itself through quality and reliability, so that the short trips soon became nationwide tours.
Today, Spedition Sommer's fleet comprises 60 units - all KRONE vehicles! We are proud to have been able to accompany the mutual development over the last century.
To celebrate, we had the pleasure of photographing the handover of the fantastic Profi Liner to Patrick Giersemehl (professional driver), Janik Kunzmann (managing director), Christian Huke (managing partner) and Annette Huke-Sommer (partner) from Spedition Sommer GmbH. The vehicle was officially handed over by Hans-Jürgen Leugers, Stefan Schmidt and Björn Budde.
We thank them for the great cooperation and the trust they have placed in us.
