The Logistics Alliance Germany has elected Dr Frank Albers, Managing Director Marketing and Sales at Krone, as the new Deputy Chairman of the Board. The elections took place at the 14th general meeting in November 2021. Also new to the board is Dr Jens Gräfer, Head of International Affairs at Deutsche Bahn. "Under the motto 'Logistics made in Germany', the Logistics Alliance Germany has succeeded in recent years in positioning the German logistics industry very successfully in international markets. Krone has been active for many years in this multifaceted alliance of logistics-related companies and associations. I am very much looking forward to being able to help shape the direction of important topics in our industry even more intensively in the future. An intelligent, networked logistics world is a huge task, and we will only be able to develop the smart solutions for it together," says Dr Frank Albers. The Logistics Alliance Germany e.V. (LAG) is a public-private partnership project of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) and the German logistics industry. The aim of the association is to market Germany as a logistics location abroad under the motto "Logistics made in Germany".
