KRONE expands its spare parts business in Italy

Fahrzeugwerk Bernard KRONE GmbH & Co. KG and the Italian KRONE importer Realtrailer SRL, Suzzara, Italy, have jointly founded the company KRONE Trailer Service Italia SRL to dynamically develop the spare parts business in Italy. "Our aim is to further improve the range of spare parts for our customers and to significantly increase the rapid availability of spare parts in Italy and the neighbouring countries," says Ralf Faust, Managing Director Service of the KRONE Commercial Vehicle Group. "KRONE Trailer Service Italia SRL will provide even better support not only to local customers, but also to all international KRONE customers."

The new company KRONE Trailer Service Italia SRL will commence operations in Mantova, , from the 4th quarter of 2024. A spare parts centre with a total capacity of over 2,000 m2 will be operated at this location

The expansion of our business activities in terms of service and spare parts will also help to strengthen the "KRONE Trusted" brand. KRONE wants to offer its customers an even more competitive approach. This will shorten the delivery times of spare parts and deliveries within 24 hours or overnight will become standard.

Julian Dango, KRONE Division Manager South-East Europe, sees the new company as an important pillar for the further development of the Krone brand: "With the joint establishment of the new company, KRONE and our partner Realtrailer want to combine their respective strengths by bringing together Real Trailer's market and employee expertise with the experience from KRONE in the areas of processes and warehouse management. On this basis, we will successively expand our existing network and we will also be able to offer our customers new and extended services.”
