Krone at the NUFAM 2019 in Karlsruhe

At NUFAM 2019 Krone will be present with a show trailer; here interested visitors will be informed comprehensively about Krone vehicles and services. At various small exhibits, the practical FairCare full-service offers from Krone will be presented in particular, which for example include maintenance and wear protection of the vehicle including statutory inspections, service checks and wear repairs on brakes, chassis, electrics and body. This Krone offer helps the customer to avoid unplanned repairs and at the same time offers exemplary cost transparency. Other services include Krone Mobility (24-hour breakdown service), the fast supply of spare parts and the new Krone Service App called ClaimCare, with which the required assistance can be reported digitally, quickly and easily. This accelerates processing and reduces vehicle downtimes. At NUFAM, Krone will also be presenting innovative Krone Telematics solutions, such as the award-winning Smart Capacity Management. The Krone Smart Capacity Management is an award-winning information exchange platform connected to a freight exchange where digital data is received from the sender and then forwarded to the transporter and the consignee - and vice versa.
