KRONE Winner of the German Telematics Award 2018

Trailer telematics and service provision impress jury in Berlin

Krone wins the “German Telematics Award 2018” for its innovative trailer telematics that meet the wide ranging demands of the logistic specialists of today and tomorrow. The ETM publishing house awards this important and coveted industry prize during the Future Congress Commercial Vehicles. With this prize, the jury of specialists is rewarding Krone’s innovations in the field of commercial vehicle technology and telematics, in particular in the category “Telematics for trailers, containers, swap bridges and asset tracking”. Ralf Faust as responsible executive director for the division accepted the prize in Berlin on behalf of all the employees. As Head of Service, his thanks were addressed to the team performance: “The system architecture of the Krone telematics system impressed the jury, and that is the reward for our joint efforts and ideas in recent years. Terminals in the vehicle and the portal at the head office ensure optimum communications for all the parties involved.
