Krone and Alltrucks Truck & Trailer Service report positive results The trailer manufacturer Krone and the cross-brand full-service workshop concept of Alltrucks Truck & Trailer Service can look back on a very satisfactory development in the expansion of the joint service network after a good year since the start of the cooperation. At the start of the cooperation in spring 2021, both partners initially focused on the markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland; service points in France, Spain and the Netherlands have also been successively implemented over the past twelve months. Expansion to other European countries is planned. The joint customers of Krone and Alltrucks - the fleet companies - benefit just as much from the cross-brand 360-degree service offer at OE level as the Alltrucks partner workshops. Another key component of the cooperation is the service for the Celsineo brand of refrigeration units, a joint development by Krone and Liebherr. Currently, more than 50 Alltrucks partner workshops in the DACH region already belong to the certified Celsineo workshops, which offer fleet customers a professional and comprehensive service for all Krone Cool Liners. Numerous fleet customers are already taking advantage of this extended service offer, and the numbers are growing continuously, as they are for the participating workshops. The medium-term goal is full geographical coverage across Europe to achieve seamless service along all main transport routes. Ralf Faust, Krone Managing Director Service & Parts, draws a positive balance after one year: "We see ourselves as a service provider for everything to do with trailers, which of course includes competent, comprehensive service throughout Europe. Thanks to the cooperation with Alltrucks, we have already been able to significantly expand our service network - in the interest of our customers. We will continue this path together, and all fleet companies who appreciate fast, reliable and expert service will benefit from it.“ Homer Smyrliadis, Managing Director of Alltrucks, also sees an immediate added value for both sides and adds: "Our aspiration is to provide a value-added service to both workshop partners and fleet companies. That is why we focus on the development of relevant and sustainable concepts and services. Together with Krone, we have already been able to take a decisive step forward. The positive response of our customers to our joint offer with Krone shows that we are on the right track. We can already see that this cooperation gives our workshop partners the opportunity to meet the service needs of fleets quickly, throughout Europe and with the highest quality. We are proud to be able to shape this path into the future with the Krone Commercial Vehicle Group as one of the world's leading trailer manufacturers." ALLTRUCKS TRUCK & TRAILER SERVICE Founded in 2013 as a joint venture by the three leading automotive and commercial vehicle suppliers Bosch, Knorr-Bremse and ZF, Alltrucks GmbH & Co.
